Return Policy

Prisma offers a 30-day, money back, credit or exchange on the regular sizes (8 oz.)of our products. Sorry, professional size (33.8 oz.)products are not refundable. (See reason below)

When ordering an item for the first time, we suggest you purchase a smaller or regular size of that product. This will give you a chance to use the product and determine if it is suitable for your hair. As a courtesy to our customers, who use Ouidad products on a regular basis, we make professional sizes and price them at a considerable discount. Professional sizes are not intended for trial.

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery and return to:
